2. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing Data is processed to fulfill the Association’s statutory objectives, including:

• Membership Management: Processing declarations, maintaining the member list, and collecting fees (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Certification and Accreditation: Issuing certificates to therapists and accreditation to training centers (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Communication (Fluent CRM): Sending notifications about meetings, conferences, and educational activities via email (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest).
• Contact Forms (Fluent Forms): Responding to inquiries submitted through the website (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent).

3. Data Retention Period Data will be stored for the duration of membership and for 6 years after its termination (for tax and legal claims), or until consent is withdrawn for newsletter subscriptions.

In case of discrepancies between language versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
