Topics for discussion and participants’ suggestions:

1. Creation of the “Consonance Community”

Creation of a shared platform for interaction:

Development of a platform for interaction and material exchange, including a website-based social network and a mobile app, where participants can discuss work-related issues, share experiences, and hold informal meetings.

Organizing regular intervision meetings in a “free experience group” format, where participants can discuss case studies without a supervisor and support one another in an informal setting.

Holding in-person meetings, such as professional conferences, so that participants can get to know each other better and exchange experiences.

2. Establishment of the international association “Consonance Therapy International Association”

Key Proposals:

Legalization of the method and creation of an international structure:

Establishment of an international association registered in Poland, with the aim of legalizing the Consonance Therapy method and elevating its status. The association will represent the method and promote it internationally.

Accreditation of training and therapy programs, which will allow participants to better promote themselves and their centers based on the method’s standards, which the association will uphold.

Development of training and supervision programs:

Development of a training program for supervisors and instructors to ensure the method continues to evolve beyond the current founders, maintaining the continuity of knowledge and experience.

Alignment of the method’s standards with international training standards in psychotherapy to maintain a high level of professionalism among participants.

Establishment of a Research Group:

Establishment of a working group, and later a research committee, to conduct research, document, and disseminate information on the effectiveness of the Consonance Therapy method both within the community and in international communities of psychologists and psychotherapists.

Conclusion: Participants expressed support for the idea of establishing a community and an international association, noting the importance of legalizing the method and organizing scientific research. A decision was made to proceed with registering the association, developing the proposed initiatives, and establishing relevant working groups.
